Natural gypsum rock is put into the hopper from stock ground, then the gypsum rock is crushed into small size less than 20mm by the crusher( jaw crusher, impact crusher, hammer crusher for gypsum ore crushing), and then elevated into the gypsum grinding mill by elevator to be milled into qualified raw gypsum powder (that is dehydrate gypsum).

In the gypsum powder grinding plant, gypsum grinding equipment is used for gypsum pulverizing to produce gypsum powder from crushed gypsum rock. SBM Machinery can supply the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which is fitted for gypsum grinding process, to produce a wide range of micron size of chemical purity, outstanding brightness and controlled particle size distribution.

The Grinding Mill utilized in gypsum grinding process plant generally is the Raymond Mill, MTM series grinding mill or MTW series grinding mill. The finished size could be up to 0.044mm, and may be adjusted from 100 mesh to 325 mesh. Other grinding mill is also utilized like SCM series ultrafine mill, LM series vertical mill.

The gypsum crusher breaks the big sized gypsum ore into small ones with 25mm in diameter. After storing and conveying, they are taken into the gypsum grinding mill for grinding. Then, the power concentrator carries the gypsum powders which match to the needed fineness to calciner for calcining. Others are back to the mill until it is qualified. In the end, after calcining, the qualified gypsum powder are sent to clinker container for storing, or are sent to the manufacturing workshops for use.
