Calcite powder processing plant:

What is calcite:

Calcite / Marble Crushed Media (CaCO3) Synonyms: calcite, limestone, calcspar, crushed marble, ground limestone, calcium carbonate, ground / pulverized calcium carbonate, GCC, lime, chalk, whiting, champagne chalk, French chalk, albacar, and aeromatt is the common about calcite. Calcite is a common mineral consisting of crystallized calcium carbonate; a major constituent of limestone. Calcite is a crushed and screened white marble media which can inexpensively be used to neutralize acidic or low pH waters to a neutral, less corrosive effluent. Calcite is one of the most common minerals to produce calcium carbonate.

Calcite powder usage and application:

1. Plastics, rubber, coatings, inks, adhesives, and soil conditioner, building products, plastic filler, ceramic flux, asphalt filler, chemical processing, glass ingredient, water treatment, pesticide granules, dusting agent, welding rods coating, thermosets, thermoplastics, paints, coatings, adhesives, sealants, rubber, pharmaceutical, toothpaste, and food additive

It is also used to reduce soil acidity in agriculture, to absorb water and add calcium in food products, and in sugar extraction.
3. Calcite is a versatile additive for use in a wide range of plastic and elastomeric applications. Its regular and controlled crystalline shape and ultrafine particle size together with the hydrophobic surface coating, combine to the benefit of both polymer processing and subsequent physical properties.
