The washing of aggregates is required for many markets and applications. Nowadays the finished product needs to meet specifications outlined by the ever stringent and demanding world markets. Where dry screening was accepted in the past, washing and scrubbing are now required to produce a silt free product.

A typical rinsing set-up would be used when the material does not require scrubbing, only rinsing to remove small particles of silt and fines to produce a clean end product.

The scrubbing process is required when dry and other deleterious materials are present, the process of high speed scrubbing is an accepted method. Scrubbing works on the principle of working material against material to remove clay and other materials from stone before moving on to the next stage.

Our Aggregate Washing Products Include

Logwashers :
Logwashers use scrubbing to aid in the washing of aggregates in applications where dry and other deleterious contaminate are present. Friction from this process breaks down feed contaminates and allows scrubbed material to be stockpiled. The process also ‘floats out' unwanted materials. Our exclusive, reverse involution design has paddles arranged in a spiral pattern along the shaft, producing a much more effective scrubbing action to remove tough, plastic-soluble clays and other unwanted coatings. This unique motion ensures that some portion of material is constantly moving, leveling power demand while reducing power consumption.

Vibrtating Screen:
Our ranges of static washing screens are ideal for washing and separating materials. The range includes both 2 and 3 deck screens and that are suitable for a variety of applications.

Dewatering Screens:
We can offer a range of high frequency inclined screens that produce a drier, more manageable product. Dewatering Screens are designed for maximum performance in a range of applications. These vibrating screens are high capacity and built to last.

Sand Classification:
Sand re-blending system features a patent-pending, 2-method control system that delivers higher productivity than single-method programs. This exclusive program automatically selects the most efficient process for re-blending up to 3 products, including 2 spec products, simultaneously.

Coarse Materials Washers:
Coarse material washers feature a unique adjustable screw shaft design, giving producers precise control over product specifications. The line consists of both single and twin screw models that process up to 2" feed material. A variety of screw diameter sizes, from 24" to 44", are available with production capacities up to 500 TPH.
Coarse material washers are engineered to quickly adapt to your ever-changing needs. Both single and twin spiral designs can be easily reconfigured with numerous bolt-on paddle and flight arrangements to satisfy even the most precise specifications. Also equipped with our low power consuming, high-efficiency drive, the 500 TPH throughput sets a high standard for coarse material productivity.

Fine Materials Washers :

Sand washing plant:
Sand washing plant is a new mobile wash plant that brings together for the first time rinsing, screening, scrubbing and sand washing capabilities on a single transportable chassis. Primarily designed for the processing of construction & demolition waste but equally suited to virgin material applications.
The Sand washing plant is capable of producing 4 grades of aggregate and a single grade of sand at up to 60 tonnes per hour.
